Jewelry Returns

All damaged or incorrectly shipped items should be reported to our offices within 5 business days of receipt of the order. Upon report of incorrectly shipped or damaged items our offices will direct you as to how to send back for a replacement.

If you do not like the item, you may exchange it for another item (of equal or greater value) or recieve in house credit for the items less restocking fees and less shipping costs.

Please note we cannot accept returns or exchanges on pierced earrings for hygiene reasons.
